What is Freeside?
Freeside runs shadow access audits for token communities. It installs beside your existing tooling - read-only, zero role mutations - and answers three questions, in order:
- Coverage - who can Freeside speak for? Members link wallets (or arrive via authorized imports); everyone else is counted, never judged.
- Agreement - where do observed access and onchain eligibility disagree?
- Trend - is it improving week over week?
The model
- A cohort defines who qualifies: "holds 10+ $TOKEN".
- A grant defines what they get: a Discord role today; Telegram access, snapshot allowlists, and API gates later.
- Reports are produced automatically every 6 hours - each one is a timestamped, evidence-backed comparison you can share or export.
Safety, up front
- The install requests no Manage Roles permission - Freeside cannot touch your roles.
- Wallet verification is a read-only proof: no transactions, no seed phrases, and the bot never DMs your members.
