Cohorts double as list machinery - no grants required.

* Save a cohort ("holds 10+ $TOKEN") and export the matching wallets as CSV
  anytime - the recipe is saved, the population is always current.
* Use cohorts as search presets on the member roster and pick exactly the
  columns your export needs.
* Every evaluation is pinned to a block and a requirement version, so a list
  you shipped last month is reproducible today.

Point-in-time snapshot grants (freeze a list at a moment, with evidence
attached) are on the roadmap - the machinery already exists in reports.
